"Decent prices, but the fees sneak up on you..."
Booking was easy overall, so no complaints there. The price looked okay at first, but once all the fees got added on, it ended up being a bit more than I expected. Not awful or anything... I just wish they made the full total clearer upfront.

"Car arrived dirty and rough"
I used drivekyte.com, the delivery part went fine. No big issue there. But once I actually saw the car, I was let down. It had scratches all over it, and the inside had this weird smell, kind of like old food or maybe smoke. I couldn’t really tell, but it wasn’t pleasant.

The seats had crumbs on them, the cup holders were sticky, and the whole thing just didn’t feel like it had been cleaned before being handed over. It drove okay, so there’s that, but I expected at least a basic clean car. For what I paid, it really felt like it wasn’t ready for a customer

"Booking was fine, but the app could be better"
I was able to book the car without too much trouble, but the app did freeze on me a couple of times and a few of the details weren’t super clear. Could’ve just been my phone or connection, so I can’t say for sure, but it made the whole process feel less smooth than I expected. It worked out in the end though.

"Does anyone actually answer here??"
I tried reaching out to support and just never heard back. Like... is anyone even checking the messages?? Frustrating experience.

"Pickup was late and unreliable"
The car showed up late by maybe 30–40 minutes, and the pickup time kept shifting around, which threw off my plans. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really give me a clear answer, just kind of vague updates. If you need the car at a specific time, I’d be careful because it didn’t feel dependable

"Great selection every time"
I’ve used them a few times now, and I’ve always been able to find a car I actually liked without any hassle. The selection has been really solid in my experience, which makes the whole process feel easy.

"Good idea, but the pickup was frustrating"
I really wanted to like Kyte because the whole idea of having the car brought to me sounded super convenient. The delivery was okay overall, but it arrived about 30 minutes late, so I ended up standing around and constantly checking my phone, which was annoying.
The car itself was totally fine and did what I needed, but the pickup process was where things got disappointing. The driver’s timing changed, and it ended up throwing off my plans more than I expected.
For what it costs, I thought the experience would feel a lot smoother. It wasn’t a complete disaster, but it was more stressful than convenient, and I don’t think I’d use Kyte again unless I really had no better option.

"Billing was a mess, but sure, totally fine"
I had a frustrating experience with Drive Kyte’s billing. I thought everything was wrapped up, then another charge showed up like a fun little surprise. Support did respond, but the answers were vague enough that I felt more confused after each message.
The refund eventually became its own project. I had to keep following up, very calmly of course, while it felt like nobody was actually taking ownership of the problem. Maybe they’ll fix this process someday, but I’m not in a rush to use them again
